- Manage end-to-end logistics operations for B2B and B2C shipments
- Coordinate daily pickups, deliveries, and reverse logistics (RTOs)
- Act as a point of contact with courier partners, transporters, and warehouses
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery as per defined SLAs
- Resolve operational issues such as delays, short deliveries, damages, and losses
- Ensure accurate documentation including invoices, e-way bills, PODs, and challans
- Monitor and control logistics costs including freight, appointment charges, and ODA
- Prepare daily and monthly MIS and performance reports
- Handle customer and internal escalations professionally
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and statutory regulations
- Support onboarding of recent logistics partners and locations
- Identify process gaps and suggest operational improvements

Pay: ₹11,879.11 - ₹32,843.29 per month
