Executive - Operations:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Executive - Operations to join our Operations Audit department. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end vendor invoice verification processes, perform comprehensive civil works rate and cost analysis, and ensure all pre- and post-invoice auditing activities meet strict weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual operational schedules.

Key Responsibilities

1. Vendor Invoice Verification & Schedule Management

- Demonstrate a deep understanding and execution of end-to-end vendor invoice verification processes against contractual terms, BOQs, and measurement logs.
- Carry out systematic weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual pre- and post-vendor invoice verification activities.
- Ensure all vendor invoice verification workflows strictly adhere to targeted operational timelines, schedules, and compliance deadlines.

1. Civil Costing & Rate Analysis

- Analyze rates for all types of vendor-quoted civil works (earthworks, concrete, masonry, structural, and finishing works).
- Perform detailed costing, cost analysis,



and variance benchmarking against market rates and project budgets.

1. Documentation & Issue Escalation

- Actively participate in preparing, standardizing, and maintaining operational process documentation and SOPs.
- Proactively identify operational bottlenecks, rate discrepancies, or compliance risks and escalate issues promptly to the Operations Manager with proposed solutions.
