HR Professional – Cyber Security

The Role

We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive to manage key employee lifecycle activities and partner with employees, managers, and stakeholders in our fast-paced Cyber Security environment.

What You’ll Own

- End-to-End Talent Acquisition – sourcing, screening, interview coordination and hiring closure.
- Onboarding Ownership – complete joining formalities, documentation and onboarding coordination.
- GMC Ownership – manage employee coordination, additions/deletions, claims and insurance vendor coordination.
- Employee Engagement – coordinate engagement initiatives, activities and employee communication.
- L&D; Coordination – support training programs, scheduling, attendance, feedback and learning records.
- BGV Coordination – coordinate background verification with employees,



vendors and stakeholders.
- HR Business Partnering – act as an HR point of contact for employees and stakeholders and facilitate timely resolution of queries.
- PPT & HR MIS – prepare professional PowerPoint presentations, HR decks, reports, trackers and MIS.
- HR Operations & Projects – assist the Sr. HR Manager with HR initiatives, process improvements, policies and other assigned activities.

What We’re Looking For

- MBA / MMS / PGDM in Human Resources – Mandatory.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills.
- Advanced Excel
- Excellent PowerPoint presentation and slide-making skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong coordination, organization and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive, detail-oriented and solution-focused approach.
- Experience 2-5 years
