Select required villages as per crop portfolio and provide farmers data to concerned person
Identify, recruit, and arrange product training programs for MDO/FAs
Conduct demand generation activities such as Dealer Meets, Farmer Meets, Group Meets, display of POP material, Field Visits and Field Days
Collect sales orders and ensure timely POG
Implement trade promotional schemes such as cash discounts, volume discounts, etc.
Ensure timely ABS and outstanding collection
Attend, support and guide farmers for product performance complaints and provide required technical support
Liaison with Department of Agriculture
Provide required reports such as weekly & monthly sales reports, sales plans, collection reports, POG, MD reports, expense reports, etc.
