About the RoleHouse of Swamiraj is looking for a creative and energetic Executive – Content Writer & Personal Branding to manage content creation, PR, social media, LinkedIn communication, and personal branding initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in content, social media, branding, and real estate. Candidates with prior real estate experience will be preferred.

Freshers with excellent writing skills, creativity,



and a strong understanding of social media are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, websites, blogs, and other digital platforms.
- Manage and execute LinkedIn content and personal branding for senior management/founders.
- Develop content for leadership's personal brand and professional presence.
- Handle PR-related content, press releases, announcements, brand stories, and media communication.
- Plan and maintain the company's social media content calendar.
- Write captions, posts, articles, blogs, reels scripts, campaign content, and marketing communications.
- Research real estate trends, market updates, projects, and industry news to create relevant content.
- Coordinate with management, designers, and internal teams for content execution.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, messaging, tone, and communication.
- Identify trending topics and convert them into engaging content.
- Support corporate branding, employer branding, events, launches, and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor LinkedIn and social media performance and suggest ideas to improve engagement and reach.

Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.




- Strong command of English grammar and professional writing.
- Good understanding of LinkedIn and social media platforms.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas.
- Interest in real estate, marketing, branding, and digital content.

- Knowledge of Canva, basic social media analytics, or content planning will be an added advantage.
