Executive Assistant – Director’s Office
Function: Director’s Office / Business Operations
Reporting To: Director
Location: Shalimar Bagh Metro Station, Delhi
Experience: 2–5 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
Role Overview The Executive Assistant (EA) will work closely with the Director to support business execution, client management, operational governance, and strategic initiatives across the organisation.
The role will serve as a key coordination point between the Director and internal teams, ensuring that priorities are effectively translated into actionable deliverables, progress is tracked, and critical matters are escalated and closed in a timely manner.
This is a high-visibility, execution-oriented role suited to a professional who is organised, analytical, commercially aware, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple functions in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities
A. Director’s Office & Business Execution
- Support the Director in translating business priorities into action plans, timelines, and measurable deliverables.
- Track key initiatives and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely closure.
- Prepare briefing notes, presentations, dashboards, and management updates for the Director.
- Maintain an effective action tracker and issue tracker for matters requiring management attention.
- Support the preparation and coordination of periodic business review meetings.
- Identify potential bottlenecks, delays, dependencies, and risks and proactively highlight them to the Director.
B. Client & Engagement Management
- Support the Director in managing key client relationships and ongoing engagements.
- Coordinate with internal teams on payroll, labour law compliance, statutory compliance, and advisory assignments.
- Track client deliverables, pending information, escalations, and turnaround timelines.
- Assist in preparing client presentations, proposals, commercial documents, and engagement-related communications.
- Monitor important client commitments and ensure appropriate internal follow-through.
- Support the Director in handling client escalations and ensuring timely resolution.
C. Payroll & Labour Law Compliance Operations
- Develop a working understanding of payroll processing and Indian labour law compliance, including EPF, ESI, Professional Tax, Shops & Establishments, LWF, POSH, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with payroll and compliance teams to monitor critical statutory timelines and deliverables.
- Assist in tracking regulatory developments and changes in labour laws and assess their potential business impact.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure that compliance-related issues are appropriately escalated and closed.
- Support implementation of new labour law and regulatory requirements as directed by the Director.
D. MIS, Analytics & Management Reporting
- Prepare periodic MIS and management dashboards covering business performance, operations, clients, receivables, deliverables,
and key issues.
- Support the Director with data-driven insights for business and operational decision-making.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely availability of management information.
- Analyse data and highlight trends, exceptions, pending actions, and areas requiring management attention.
E. Business Development & Commercial Support
- Support the Director in preparing RFPs, proposals, pitch decks, presentations, and commercial proposals.
- Assist in tracking prospective opportunities, client discussions, and follow-ups.
- Maintain opportunity and business pipeline trackers.
- Support preparation of pricing analyses and commercial comparisons.
- Coordinate internally to ensure proposals and client submissions are completed within agreed timelines.
- Assist in preparing business presentations and supporting materials for client meetings.
F. Process Improvement & Special Projects
- Support the Director on strategic and operational projects across the organisation.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes, turnaround times, quality, and client experience.
- Coordinate implementation of new processes, technology initiatives, and internal controls.
- Undertake research and analysis on matters assigned by the Director.
- Support implementation of recent labour law, regulatory, and business initiatives.
- Take ownership of selected special projects and ensure timely execution and closure.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
