Gallery Silver Scapes is a growing art gallery based in Delhi, looking for an enthusiastic fresher to join our team as an Executive Assistant & Inside Sales Executive. This dual-role position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our Director on business operations while also engaging with clients and collectors to drive sales of artwork and exhibitions.

Responsibilities

- Manage the Director's calendar, meetings, travel, and correspondence
- Coordinate logistics for exhibitions, art fairs, auctions, and private viewings
- Respond to client inquiries and follow up with prospective buyers
- Maintain and update CRM/database with client information and sales leads
- Support outreach for upcoming exhibitions and events to drive sales





Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in English, Fine Arts, Art History, Business Administration, or related field
- Freshers welcome
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Robust organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Professional and presentable demeanor for client-facing interactions
