Event Manager — The Pause Club

Location: Ahmedabad / Vadodara

Experience: 2–5 years | Full-Time The Pause Club creates curated experiences across food, wellness, culture, art and community . We’re looking for an Event Manager to take ownership of events from concept to execution.

What you'll do

- Plan and execute events end-to-end.
- Coordinate venues, vendors, artists, chefs and partners.
- Manage guest lists, registrations and event communication.
- Oversee on-ground execution and guest experience.
- Manage timelines, budgets and event logistics.
- Support bespoke/private events for premium clients.

We’re looking for someone who
- Has 2–5 years of event/hospitality experience.
- Is highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented.
- Can manage multiple moving parts calmly.
- Has strong communication and vendor-management skills.
- Has an eye for aesthetics and understands premium experiences.
- Is comfortable working evenings/weekends when events require it.
