Role: Estimator Engineer

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering / ITI Diploma

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the Construction or Building Industry

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Location: Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala

We are looking for an Estimator Engineer to prepare accurate cost estimates for construction and building projects. The candidate should have good knowledge of estimation, costing, material calculations, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare project cost estimates and quotations.
- Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Calculate material, labour, and other project costs.
- Prepare BOQ and assist in project budgeting.
- Coordinate with project,



site, and procurement teams.
- Compare supplier quotations and support cost evaluation.
- Maintain accurate estimation and costing records.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Construction or Building Industry.
- Good knowledge of construction estimation and costing.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
