Job Summary

Were seeking a highly motivated ERPNext Functional Consultant to join our growing team. Youll play a pivotal role in assisting businesses with the successful implementation and optimization of ERPNext, an open-source ERP platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific business needs and challenges.
- Analyze existing workflows and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Map client requirements to the functionalities of ERPNext modules (e.g., CRM, Sales, Inventory, Accounting, etc.).
- Configure ERPNext to meet client needs through settings, customizations, and data migration.
- Develop and document comprehensive user training materials and conduct training sessions.




- Work closely with the technical team to ensure seamless system integration and functionality.
- Provide ongoing support to clients and troubleshoot any system issues.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest ERPNext features and best practices.

Key Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 6 Months-2 years of experience working as an ERP Functional Consultant or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of ERPNext functionalities, features, and core modules.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and optimization techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
