Role:ETRM Solution Architect (Endur, Azure & Integration Services)

Location: India Fully Remote

Duration: 6 Months initially, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance

Overview We are seeking an experienced ETRM Solution Architect / Senior Endur Integration Technical Lead to support Commercial IT initiatives across ETRM, Endur integration, Azure cloud application services, and technical solution coordination.

The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on technical experience with OpenLink Endur integrations, along with commercial Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) experience.

Candidates should be able to clearly demonstrate integrations they have personally designed, developed, implemented, deployed, troubleshot, and supported in production.

This is a highly technical role. Candidates whose backgrounds are primarily focused on delivery management, program management, project coordination, governance, or functional consulting with limited hands-on implementation experience will not be considered a strong fit.

Key Responsibilities ETRM Application Support

- Provide front-office and trading-floor support for commercial ETRM platforms.
- Provide Level 1/Level 2 business and application support across the full deal lifecycle.
- Partner with Front Office, Middle Office, Scheduling, Logistics, Risk, Settlements, Accounting, and Operations teams.
- Perform user issue triage, troubleshooting, controlled configuration, and reference-data maintenance.
- Perform incident and defect analysis, root cause analysis, and escalation management.
- Identify opportunities to reduce recurring production issues.
- Support functional testing, validation, and documentation of known issues and remediation steps.

ETRM / Endur Integration Delivery
- Provide technical leadership for ETRM integration initiatives, including OpenLink Endur integration activities.
- Design, develop, implement, and support Endur interfaces and integrations.
- Work with APIs, application integrations, and technical dependencies across ETRM and related enterprise systems.
- Support integrations involving Market Data, Risk, Scheduling, Logistics,



and Finance systems.
- Troubleshoot complex integration issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Support integration planning, technical issue resolution, testing, deployment, and release activities.
- Take technical ownership of integration solutions through implementation and production support.
- Collaborate with teams across different geographic locations and business hours.

Azure Cloud Platform Application Services
- Support installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, and deployment of Commercial IT applications and vendor packages hosted on Azure.
- Support application deployment using DevOps tools and practices.
- Work with GitHub Actions and Terraform for deployment and infrastructure automation.
- Troubleshoot application components, servers, service monitors, databases, and related dependencies.
- Provide application performance and production support.
- Collaborate with Platform Engineering, Infrastructure, and Security teams to support cloud implementation and application readiness.

Cloud Solution Integration & Technical Coordination
- Provide technical coordination across solution architecture, security architecture, platform engineering, packaging, and deployment teams.
- Identify, track, and escalate technical dependencies and project blockers.
- Coordinate application installation, deployment, integration, and operational readiness activities.
- Support solution architects with technical integration and deployment requirements.
- Recommend improvements to technical processes and dependency-management practices.

Service Management & Technical Oversight
- Provide technical oversight across ETRM, integration, and cloud workstreams.
- Provide solution direction, technical escalation support, and quality validation.
- Track technical risks, dependencies, and workstream progress.
- Coordinate with onsite and offshore technical teams.
- Support status reporting and escalation management across multiple delivery locations.





Required Experience
- Strong Commercial Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) experience.
- Strong hands-on OpenLink Endur integration and implementation experience.
- Experience designing and implementing APIs, interfaces, and application integrations.
- Demonstrated experience troubleshooting and supporting Endur integrations in production environments.
- Experience with Endur implementations, upgrades, deployments, and production support.
- Experience supporting Market Data, Risk, Scheduling, Logistics, and Finance systems.
- Strong Azure cloud application deployment and support experience.
- Experience with GitHub Actions and Terraform.
- Robust technical troubleshooting, testing, release management, and production support experience.
- Experience working with Architecture, Security, Platform Engineering, Infrastructure, and Deployment teams.
- Strong technical ownership and solution-design experience.

Preferred Experience
- Front-office and trading-floor support experience.
- Experience supporting Commercial IT organizations.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams and multiple time zones.
- Experience coordinating complex technical dependencies across multiple project teams.
- Experience with Azure-based application modernization and deployment.
- Strong CI/CD and DevOps exposure.

Important Candidate Profile Strong hands-on Endur Integration experience is mandatory.

Candidates who can demonstrate deep technical ownership of Endur integrations, APIs, production troubleshooting, implementation, deployment, and ETRM systems will be strongly preferred.
