Role Description The English Teacher role is a full-time, on-site position based at Janapriya High School in Hyderabad. The role involves planning and delivering engaging English lessons aligned with the school curriculum for the assigned grades.

Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and teaching materials, assessing student progress through assignments and examinations, and providing constructive feedback to support learning. The teacher will manage classroom activities, encourage participation, and foster a positive learning environment.



Additional duties may include participating in staff meetings, parent interactions, school events, and professional development initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust skills in English Teaching and Teaching across relevant grade levels.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lesson Planning and curriculum-aligned instructional design.
- Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Education, including pedagogy and student-centered learning approaches.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for interacting with students, families, and colleagues.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, Education, or a related field; teaching certification or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Prior experience as an English Teacher in a school setting is beneficial.
- Ability to use basic educational technology and adapt teaching methods to diverse learning needs.
