Position: English Evaluator

Job Type: Work From Home (WFH)

Work Schedule: 5.5 Days a Week (1st & 3rd Saturdays and All Sundays Off)

Working Hours: 12:00 PM 9:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate recorded reading and pronunciation sessions based on predefined quality standards.
- Assess teacher performance using established evaluation rubrics.
- Provide accurate, constructive, and actionable feedback to enhance teaching quality.
- Maintain detailed evaluation records while ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Participate in regular calibration and training sessions to uphold evaluation standards.
- Apply knowledge of English phonics, pronunciation, and grammar during the evaluation process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Eligibility & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of English grammar, pronunciation, and phonics.
- Familiarity with US and UK phonics standards will be an added advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.




- Strong analytical ability with exceptional attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn, accept feedback, and adapt to quality evaluation processes.
- Freshers are highly encouraged to apply. Candidates with relevant experience in English language, phonics, teaching, or quality evaluation are also welcome.

Technical Requirements

- Personal Laptop/Desktop (Intel i5/i7 processor or equivalent recommended).
- Stable high-speed internet connection.
- Reliable power backup to ensure uninterrupted work during scheduled hours.
