We are looking for an experienced Engineering Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable digital and AI-enabled solutions. If you have strong expertise in full-stack engineering, cloud, and Generative AI, this opportunity is for you!

Position: Engineering Lead – Full Stack & AI

Experience: 10+ Years

Location: Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai(Local Only)

Key Responsibilities

Lead the architecture, design, development, and delivery of complex web, cloud, data, and AI applications.

Provide technical leadership and mentor engineering teams across multiple workstreams.

Drive end-to-end delivery, from planning and development to deployment and production support.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, clients, product, QA, DevOps, and cybersecurity teams.

Establish engineering standards, quality gates, code review practices, and scalable architecture.

Drive innovation, reusable frameworks, automation, and AI-enabled engineering solutions.

Mandatory Technical Skills

Robust hands-on experience with Python, SQL, ReactJS, Node.js, and Express.js

Full-stack development using MERN Stack and Python-based technologies

Experience in AI & Generative AI, including:

- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Prompt Engineering
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Vector Databases
- LangChain or LlamaIndex
- Production deployment of LLM-enabled applications





Strong knowledge of software architecture, APIs, microservices, databases, cloud services, and CI/CD.

Experience with automated testing, code reviews, version control, monitoring, and technical documentation.

⭐ Preferred Skills

MongoDB, Pandas, Snowflake, or similar data technologies

AWS, Azure, or other public cloud platforms

Kubernetes, Docker/containerization, serverless, and event-driven architecture

AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code

Experience in consulting, client-facing, and distributed delivery environments

Experience building reusable platforms, accelerators, or internal technology assets

Ideal Candidate

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, full-stack development, or solution architecture.

- Proven experience leading engineering teams and delivering complex applications from concept to production.
- Strong stakeholder management, technical communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to balance hands-on technical contribution with engineering leadership.

Education: BE/B.Tech, MCA, M.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related discipline.
