- Carry out PDI inspection as per Customer specification.
- Carry out FQC inspection as per control plan
- Carry out in process inspection as per control plan
- Responsible for maintaining records and documents as per IATF 16949:2016 requirement.
- Calibration and maintenance of measuring equipment s in Quality
- Root cause analysis for cost of poor quality on shop floor
- Any other assignments given by HOD
Skills
- Basic knowledge of Quality Control and Manufacturing Processes.
- Knowledge of 7 QC Tools, 5 Why, Fishbone and Pareto is preferred.
- Basic understanding of IATF 16949, Control Plan, PFMEA and Inspection Standards.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good observation, communication and documentation skills.
- Willingness to work on the shop floor and learn manufacturing processes.
Education Experience
- B Tech/BE in Electrical/Electronic engineering or comparable study paths
- 3- 4years in Quality, preferably in battery/Li-ion/lead-acid manufacturing
