- Own battery homologation end-to-end per program—plan, agency test, certificate closure
- Pre-homologation inspection and sign-off of every pack before dispatch
- ARAI / ICAT coordination: slot booking, witness tests, deviation closure
- Own the post-T0 dispatch release decision
- Maintain compliance documentation and traceability to the released BOM revision
- Allocate and track homologation test packs against the build plan
Qualifications:
- B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
- Relevant experience in EV battery pack homologation and compliance.
Required Skills:
- Valuable understanding of battery pack compliance, testing, and certification processes.
- Ability to read and interpret battery pack drawings, specifications, and BOMs.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Good documentation and tracking skills.
- Understanding of EV battery pack architecture and safety requirements will be an added advantage.
