Key Responsibilities

Preventive Maintenance: Inspect and service electrical, plumbing, HVAC(heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), and room fixtures to preventbreakdowns.

Guest Requests: Respond quickly to maintenance calls from guest rooms and public areas,ensuring high satisfaction.

Equipment Repairs: Troubleshoot and repair kitchen appliances, laundry machines, lighting,and general hardware.

Safety Compliance: Follow hotel fire, safety, and environmentalguidelines during all repair tasks.

Record Keeping: Log daily maintenance tasks, utility readings, and repair requests inthe property management system.

Qualifications Requirements

Education: Adiploma or degree in mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering, or atechnical trade certification.





Experience: 1 to 2years of hands-on maintenance experience, ideally within a luxury hospitalityor commercial building environment.

Skills: Strongtroubleshooting abilities, basic computer literacy, and positive communicationskills to interact with guests and staff.
