Job Title: Embedded Systems Engineer Intern
Work Mode: Onsite
Location: Gurgaon / Delhi
Client Visits: Candidates must be comfortable with occasional client visits to Gurgaon as required by the project.
Role Overview
This is an on-site role for an Embedded Systems Engineer Intern at Enablero. For this internship, we are seeking technically strong and analytical persons who can approach complex problems with structured reasoning and precision. The ideal candidate should be passionate about solving challenging technical issues, writing efficient code, and understanding systems at a detailed level rather than relying on surface-level automation.
The candidate should preferably be based in Gurgaon or Delhi NCR and must be comfortable working on-site and attending client visits in Gurgaon as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the engineering team to analyze complex technical problems and break them into logical, solvable components.
- Write clean, maintainable code to implement solutions.
- Debug and troubleshoot system-level issues to identify true root causes.
- Contribute to algorithm development, prototyping, and performance optimization.
- Assist in hardware–software integration, sensor testing, and embedded development.
- Document findings, code logic, and workflow clearly.
- Attend client visits in Gurgaon as required for project discussions, technical requirements, testing, or implementation support.
Must-Have Skills
- Excellent problem-solving ability with a logical and analytical approach to break down complex problems into manageable parts.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting mindset, capable of identifying root causes.
Desired Skills
- Good working knowledge of C/C++ and Python, with the ability to write maintainable code.
- Familiarity with algorithm design, data structures.
Valuable to Have
- Experience with LTE 4G Modules
- Hands-on experience with embedded boards such as ESP32.
- Understanding of communication protocols (SPI, I2C, UART) and sensor integration.
Anti Requirements
- Reliance on code directly generated by large language models (LLMs) without understanding the underlying logic or architecture.
Note: This is a 3-month internship program, structured as follows:
- Month 1: Unpaid internship focused on initial training, onboarding, and evaluation.
- Months 2–3: Stipend-based training period, subject to performance and successful completion of the first month.
