Role Description The Email & Tele Marketing Specialist (Commission Based Only) is a full-time remote role responsible for driving business growth through proactive outreach and lead generation. Day-to-day tasks include creating and sending targeted email campaigns, conducting outbound calls to potential clients, and following up on inquiries to qualify leads. The specialist will maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM or tracking systems, coordinate with consulting and sales teams to schedule meetings, and share insights on customer needs and market feedback.





The role also involves responding to basic customer queries, nurturing relationships via email and phone, and consistently meeting performance targets aligned with commission-based compensation.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Lead Generation and Sales skills, with a focus on prospecting, qualifying, and converting opportunities.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication for email and phone outreach.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries professionally and build long-term relationships.
- Comfort working in a commission-based structure, with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to manage goals independently.
- Experience with remote work, basic CRM or spreadsheet tools, and organized record-keeping for client interactions.
