We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in B2B email marketing, campaign management, audience segmentation, automation, content creation, and campaign analytics.
The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing targeted email campaigns, managing lead nurturing activities, improving engagement, and optimizing campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute B2B email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns.
- Manage email campaigns, automation, segmentation, and reporting using Zoho, Brevo, or similar platforms.
- Use Apollo or similar prospecting tools for lead research and targeted lead generation.
- Build audience segments based on industry, geography, engagement, and business criteria.
- Create personalized and engaging email content for B2B audiences.
- Conduct A/B testing and optimize campaigns based on performance.
- Monitor key metrics including Open Rate, CTR, Conversions, Bounce Rate, and Deliverability.
- Maintain database hygiene and follow email deliverability best practices.
- Stay updated with AI-driven email marketing, personalization, automation, and recent-age marketing trends.
