We’re looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist who can take ownership of email marketing campaigns for ZenByto and its clients — from strategy and copy to execution, automation, optimization, and reporting.

What You'll Do

- Develop and execute email marketing strategies for ZenByto and client accounts.
- Plan and manage email campaigns, newsletters, promotional campaigns, and lead-nurturing sequences.
- Build automated email workflows and customer journeys.
- Write or oversee compelling email copy, subject lines, CTAs, and campaign messaging.
- Segment email lists based on audience, behavior, interests, and funnel stage.
- Manage email databases and maintain list hygiene and deliverability.
- Conduct A/B testing of subject lines, content, CTAs, timing, and other campaign elements.
- Monitor key metrics including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, unsubscribe rates, and overall campaign ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize campaigns for better results.
- Work with the content, social media, design, and performance marketing teams to create integrated campaigns.
- Research and recommend email marketing tools, platforms, strategies, and best practices.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports and actionable insights.
- Stay updated with email marketing trends, deliverability standards, automation tools,



and industry best practices.

What We're Looking For
- 4–5 years of hands-on experience in email marketing.
- Strong understanding of email marketing strategy, automation, segmentation, and lead nurturing.
- Experience working with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Brevo, ActiveCampaign, or similar tools.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Understanding of funnels, customer journeys, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
- Ability to independently plan, execute, analyze, and improve campaigns.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn campaign data into actionable decisions.
- Experience working with multiple clients or agencies will be a strong advantage.
- Good understanding of email deliverability, spam compliance, list management, and email best practices.

Compensation We are open to two engagement models:

1. Fixed Salary Basis A fixed monthly salary based on experience, expertise, and responsibilities.

2. Percentage / Performance Basis A percentage-based compensation model tied to the accounts, campaigns, or revenue handled.

The exact structure can be discussed based on the candidate's experience and preferred working arrangement.
