Roles and Responsibility
1. Modelling and Simulation of Electrochemical cells
2. Virtually analyse battery life and different degradation modes (SoH)
3. Cell DCIR growth, heat generation prediction
4. Warranty prediction based on customer inputs like temperature, driving pattern etc
5. Test data analysis and test requirement creation for simulation model development
6. 1D Simulation of systems
Mandatory Skills
1. Possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrochemical/Energy/Thermal /Materials Engineering or Equivalent degree.
2. Hands on experience on electrochemical modelling using any one of the following 1D Simulation tools like GT-Suite Autolion, Comsol MP, Siemens BDS etc
3. Demonstrate a proven track record in modeling and simulating of electrochemical and thermal behaviour of cells for at least 3 years.
4. Proficiency in CAD handling for thermal model development
5. Showcase strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to cell modeling
6. Adept knowledge in Lithium-Ion cell electrochemical mechanism
7. Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
8. Uncompromising attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to quality.
9.
Knowledge of Electro-chemical / electrical/ mechanical behaviour of battery cell and pack
Desired Skills
1. CFD, flow and thermal analysis of component and systems. Use of Fluent, starccm+ etc
2. Experience within Li-ion battery or related industries, such as Cell design, Pack design and analysis
3. Should be extensive reader of literature and be able to articulate the new trends in the relevant fields
4. Should be able to balance scientific and business deliverable for a project
5. Fair understanding of Lithium-ion Cell operations, Battery pack systems and EV
6. RC equivalent circuit model development and cell characterization
7. Data analysis and coding experience (i.e., MATLAB, Python, and/or similar data analysis tool)

1. It is a work from office chance and 1st and last Saturdays of the month are working.
