SMEC Automation Pvt Ltd invites experienced electrical professionals to lead teams on shipbuilding projects.

Your role

- Supervise cable laying, routing, dressing, glanding and termination. Lead electricians and allocate daily work to meet production targets. Read electrical drawings, cable schedules and wiring diagrams. Coordinate equipment, panel and junction box installation. Support testing, troubleshooting and commissioning. Maintain workmanship, site safety and daily progress records. Coordinate with shipyard engineers and quality teams.

Who should apply?
- Relevant hands-on experience in shipbuilding or marine electrical work. Proven ability to supervise electricians and manage site execution. ITI / Diploma in Electrical preferred; experienced team leaders are also welcome. Solid focus on productivity, quality and timely delivery.

PAY BASED ON SKILLS, LEADERSHIP & PERFORMANCE

Pay: ₹11,237.66 - ₹35,915.51 per month
