Role Description The Electrical Production Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot. This role oversees the electrical production operations for plastic processing machinery, ensuring that all electrical systems, panels, and wiring are designed, assembled, and tested according to quality, safety, and compliance standards. The manager coordinates daily production activities, allocates resources, and monitors workflows to meet delivery timelines and cost targets.

Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring electrical technicians, reviewing technical drawings and BOMs, troubleshooting electrical issues on machinery, and driving continuous improvement in processes and documentation. The role also involves close collaboration with design,



mechanical, quality, and service teams to support current product introductions, resolve field issues, and maintain consistent production performance.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, control panels, PLCs, drives, and wiring practices used in machinery manufacturing.
- Experience in production management, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and shop-floor supervision in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
- Understanding of plastic processing machinery, molding or extrusion equipment, and related electrical integration is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with safety standards, electrical codes, and quality systems, with the ability to enforce compliance and best practices.
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and technical drawings; experience using relevant engineering and documentation tools.

- Demonstrated leadership skills, including team development, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams on-site in a fast-paced production setting.
- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; prior experience in electrical production for machinery is preferred.
