- Execution & Supervision: Oversee the installation of solar modules, inverters, HT/LT panels, transformers, and cable laying.

- Quality & Safety: Ensure all work complies with electrical regulations, safety guidelines (HSE), and approved drawings.

- Testing & Commissioning: Support pre-commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of balance of plant (BOP) equipment.

- Coordination: Manage on-site contractors, vendors, and daily progress reporting to project managers. [1, 2, 3]

Requirements

- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

- Experience: 3 to 4 years in ground-mount or rooftop solar EPC projects.
