Your Job Role Summary: In this role you will be responsible to Plan, Execute, monitor, and update Maintenance activity for Paint shop. Execution of Maintenance activities with safe practices, implementing cost effective solutions and achieving organizational goals, MTTR, MTBF, Maintenance Cost etc .
Your key deliverables will be:
1. Upkeep of equipment and to maintain target of equipment availability MTTR, MTBF.
2. Adherence to PM / CBM / TBM schedule as per PM calendar and achieve equipment condition and availability.
3. Daily Monitoring and analysis of breakdowns.
4. Planning and procurement of Maintenance Spares and Managing Inventories within control.
5. Compliances of Statutory requirements, IMS requirement.
6. Contract and Service management.
Identification, Planning and execution of Cost saving initiatives.
Essential Skills
1. Expert in electrical systems, Siemens PLC Programming,
HMI programming, Data acquisition system.
2. Hand on experience for Paint shop equipment Burner, Hot water Generator, Material handling system, Ovens, Conveyors, Blowers, Pumps etc.
3. Basic understanding of Pneumatic and Hydraulic systems.
4. MIS generation, Material Inventory and Spares planning, SAP etc.
5. Protected working practices.
Desired Skills
1. Working experience on PLC controlled Machines.
2. Problem solving tools / Data analysis.
3. Problem solving tools / Data analysis.
4. AMC / Contract Management and services management.
Essential Qualifcation: Bachelors degree in Electrical OR Electronics. Desired Qualification: Masters Qualification in related field.
Work Experience: Total 7+ years of experience in the industry with relevant hands on experience.
Preferred Industry Experience: Automobile industry.
