Role Description The Educational Video Creator is a full time remote role responsible for producing engaging, high-quality educational video content that supports PPStack’s learning programs and digital initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate with subject-matter experts and instructional designers to plan video concepts, structure lessons, and translate complex topics into clear, visual narratives. You will manage end-to-end video production, including scripting, storyboarding, recording, editing, motion graphics, and post-production, ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines and learning objectives.
Daily activities include creating videos for courses, bootcamps, webinars, and social channels,
optimizing content for different platforms, and continuously improving videos based on learner feedback and performance metrics. You will also contribute creative ideas to enhance interactivity, accessibility, and overall learner engagement across PPStack’s digital ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Multimedia to plan, capture, and structure educational video content.
- Candidates should possess advanced Video Editing and Video Post-Production skills to refine footage, mix audio, add effects, and deliver polished final assets.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Motion Graphics to create visual explanations, animated elements, and on-screen learning aids.
- Candidates should have experience with common video and audio editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and basic visual design principles.
- Candidates should demonstrate the ability to explain technical and non-technical concepts clearly, with strong storytelling, scriptwriting, and communication skills.
- Candidates should be comfortable working remotely, managing deadlines, collaborating across time zones, and adapting to feedback in an agile environment.
- Experience creating educational or training content, especially in EdTech, AI, data, or technology topics, is highly beneficial.
- A relevant degree or equivalent experience in film, media, animation, instructional design, education, or a related field is preferred.
