Role Description This is a full-time, in office Education Counselor role based in Noida.

The Education

Counselor will guide students through program selection for MBA, UG, PG, and professional courses, explaining eligibility, admission requirements, and application timelines. Daily responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, administering and interpreting career assessments, and recommending suitable institutions and courses. The role involves maintaining accurate student records, following up on inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to support admission processes.

The counselor will also participate in seminars,



workshops, and outreach activities, and provide clear, unbiased information to students and families.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Educational Consulting and Education, with the ability to interpret course options and admission criteria.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Student Counseling and Career Counseling, including experience with career assessments and individualized guidance.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
- Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to build trust with diverse student backgrounds.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, counseling, business, or a related field; advanced certifications in counseling or career guidance are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and use basic computer and CRM tools for student data management.
- Previous experience in educational counseling, admissions, or guidance services is preferred.
