Role Description The Education Counsellor is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role involves guiding prospective and current students on suitable courses, programs, and career paths aligned with their interests, educational background, and goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, explaining academic and training options, supporting admission processes, and maintaining accurate student records.

The Education

Counsellor collaborates with internal teams to stay updated on available programs, prepares informational materials, and participates in outreach activities such as seminars, workshops, and events.



The role also requires regular follow-up with students and families to ensure a smooth onboarding and learning experience.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Educational Consulting and Education, with the ability to explain academic programs and training options clearly.
- Demonstrated experience in Student Counseling, including individual and group guidance sessions.
- Proficiency in Career Counseling, helping learners understand career paths and industry requirements.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with students, families, and internal teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
- Ability to build trust, show empathy, and work with individuals from diverse backgrounds in a non-discriminatory manner.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and follow-up.
- Comfort using basic computer applications, CRM or student management tools, and online communication platforms.
- Prior experience in an education institute, training center, or EdTech environment is an advantage.
