Key Responsibilities

- Provide end-to-end EDI application and production support.
- Monitor and troubleshoot EDI transactions and integrations.
- Resolve production incidents within SLA and perform RCA.
- Support trading partner onboarding and EDI mapping changes.
- Handle service requests, change requests, and deployments.
- Monitor application health, system performance, and batch jobs.
- Coordinate with business users, customers, and cross-functional teams.
- Maintain support documentation and participate in on-call support.
