About Us The Wellness Shop is a D2C beauty and wellness brand rooted in Ayurveda-inspired formulations, expanding across global marketplaces and D2C channels. We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager to drive and scale our presence across the USA, UAE, and UK, with end-to-end ownership of marketplace performance, D2C growth, P&L;, and cross-border operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Own ecommerce P&L; for the USA, UAE, and UK markets, driving revenue, margin, and growth targets across channels
- Manage brand presence on marketplaces such as Amazon US, Amazon UAE, Amazon UK, Noon, and other relevant regional platforms, alongside owned D2C storefronts
- Drive listing optimization, catalog hygiene, A+ content, and SEO for each market, accounting for regional compliance and consumer behavior differences
- Plan and execute demand generation strategies including PPC/sponsored ads, deals, promotions, and platform-specific marketing levers
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams on cross-border shipping, FBA/FBM operations, customs, and inventory planning for international fulfilment
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends across the three regions to inform strategy
- Manage relationships with marketplace account managers,



distributors, and third-party ecommerce service providers
- Track and report key performance metrics (sales, conversion, ACOS/TACOS, return rates) and present insights to leadership
- Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met for product listings in each market (labeling, certifications, restricted ingredients, etc.)
- Collaborate with brand, design, and supply chain teams based in Jaipur/Bengaluru to align regional strategy with overall company direction.

Requirements

- 8–10 years of experience in ecommerce/marketplace management, with demonstrated exposure to USA, UAE, and/or UK markets
- Solid hands-on experience with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central (US, UK, UAE) and other regional marketplaces
- Experience managing international logistics, customs documentation, and cross-border fulfilment models (FBA, 3PL, etc.)
- Solid understanding of ecommerce P&L;, pricing strategy, and margin management
- Prior experience in beauty, wellness, personal care, or FMCG D2C brands preferred
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and marketplace analytics dashboards
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working across time zones
- Willingness to work in overlapping hours to coordinate with USA/UAE/UK teams and partners as needed.
