Role Description The Ecommerce Coordinator is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad, responsible for supporting and optimizing the company’s online sales channels. This role includes managing product listings, updating content, pricing, and inventory across ecommerce platforms to ensure accuracy and consistency.

The coordinator will monitor online performance metrics, analyze sales data, and recommend improvements to enhance customer experience and conversion rates. Daily tasks also involve coordinating with customer service teams to address inquiries, supporting promotional campaigns,



and collaborating with marketing and sales stakeholders to execute ecommerce initiatives. The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in E-Commerce and Sales, with experience managing online product listings, promotions, and conversion-focused activities.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, performance metrics, and customer behavior, and to provide actionable insights.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with internal teams and external customers in a clear, professional manner.
- Proficiency with ecommerce platforms, order management systems, and basic MS Excel or similar tools for reporting and data handling.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple tasks, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in digital marketing, marketplace management (such as Amazon, Flipkart, or similar), and basic understanding of SEO is an advantage.
