Ecommerce Executive

We’re looking for a skilled Ecommerce Executive to take ownership of the day-to-day execution of our Shopify and ecommerce projects.

What you’ll do

- Manage and coordinate multiple Shopify/ecommerce projects.
- Coordinate developers, UI/UX designers, graphic designers and clients.
- Track tasks, deadlines, dependencies and project delivery.
- Handle Shopify store operations, updates, products, apps and integrations.
- Conduct QA before client handovers.
- Manage client communication and requirements.
- Identify operational issues and solve them proactively.
- Build and improve internal processes and SOPs.

What we’re looking for

- Solid hands-on understanding of Shopify and ecommerce.
- Excellent project and task management skills.
- Strong communication and client-handling ability.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Problem-solving mindset and strong ownership.
- Experience in an ecommerce brand or agency is preferred.

We’re looking for skill and ownership, not just experience on paper.
