Role Description The ECommerce Catalogue Executive will manage and maintain product listings across online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information, pricing, and categorization. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and updating product descriptions, uploading images, monitoring inventory details, and optimizing listings for search visibility and sales performance. The role also involves coordinating with sales and account management teams to align catalogue content with promotions, customer feedback, and business goals, as well as analyzing listing performance and recommending improvements.

This is a full-time, in office role based in Lucknow,



requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams and adherence to internal quality and compliance standards.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to interpret catalogue performance data, identify trends, and propose optimization actions.
- Experience in account management, including maintaining client or platform relationships and ensuring accurate product information and compliance.
- Sales and sales management skills to support revenue growth through effective product listing strategies and promotional coordination.
- Team management experience, with the ability to collaborate effectively, coordinate tasks, and contribute to a structured workflow.
- Prior experience in e-commerce operations, product catalogue management, or online marketplace administration is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and e-commerce tools or CMS platforms, with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to follow established processes and documentation standards.
- A relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in business, IT, marketing, or a related field.
