About the Role

E-ProfitBooster UK Pvt Ltd is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Catalogue Executive to manage end-to-end product listing and catalogue operations across marketplaces such as Amazon, Magento, and other e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate, optimized, and consistent product content to drive visibility, conversions, and overall catalogue health.

Responsibilities

- Create, upload, and manage product listings across e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Magento, and other marketplaces.
- Prepare and optimize product titles, descriptions, specifications, keywords, and attributes to improve listing quality and visibility.
- Manage and update product catalogues on Magento, including product creation, categorization, attributes, and content updates.
- Upload product images and ensure correct categorization, variants, attributes, and product information.
- Regularly update pricing, inventory, stock availability, offers, and product details.
- Monitor catalogue health and resolve listing errors, suppressed listings, missing information, and content issues.




- Maintain and update the product catalogue/database while ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms.
- Coordinate with design, marketing, sales, and operations teams for new product launches and catalogue updates.
- Conduct basic competitor and market research to identify pricing, product content, and catalogue improvement opportunities.
- Manage multiple products and catalogue-related tasks while ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
- Maintain proper records and reports using MS Excel/Google Sheets.

Qualifications

- 2-3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce catalogue management or product listing.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Magento, or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Robust knowledge of product listing, catalogue management, product attributes, and marketplace guidelines.
- Valuable written English with strong content and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify errors in product information.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple SKUs, products, and deadlines efficiently.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
