Young, energetic, creative and commercially minded. Should be interested in hospitality, food, heritage, culture, design and retail, and capable of independently executing agreed digital plans.

SKILLS REQUIRED

- Instagram, Facebook and Meta Business Suite
- E-commerce platform/CMS management
- Canva or similar design tools
- Reels/basic video editing
- Content creation and copywriting
- Basic photography/content coordination
- Basic SEO and keyword optimisation
- Google Analytics or equivalent
- Excel / Google Sheets
- Social-media and e-commerce analytics
- Good written and spoken English
- Solid execution and follow-through

AI SKILLS — MANDATORY Candidate must be able to practically use ChatGPT or equivalent AI tools for:

- Content ideas and calendars
- Captions and copywriting
- Reel concepts/scripts
- Product descriptions
- SEO keywords/metadata
- Campaign ideas
- Customer-response drafting
- Competitor research
- Social-media performance analysis
- E-commerce sales analysis and reporting

Candidates should be able to demonstrate actual examples of how they use AI in their work,



rather than simply stating that they know ChatGPT.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- 3–4 years of hands-on experience managing Social Media and E-commerce.
- Personally managed Instagram/Facebook and e-commerce platforms; not merely coordinated with an outside agency.
- Experience creating and executing content calendars, posts, Reels and Stories.
- Experience managing online product listings, descriptions, pricing, stock availability, orders and customer enquiries.
- Experience monitoring social-media performance, engagement, online sales and conversion.
- Practical working experience using AI tools for social media and e-commerce is mandatory.

Age: Must be under 32 years Experience: 3–4 years relevant hands-on experience

Qualification: Minimum Graduate

Salary: ₹30,000–₹35,000 per month CTC
