About the Role

We are looking for an

Operations Intern to support our day-to-day e-commerce and marketplace operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with Excel and have basic hands-on experience with online marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day e-commerce and marketplace operations

.

- Coordinate and follow up on orders, shipments, inventory, and deliveries

.

- Update and maintain operational data in

Excel/Google Sheets

.

- Monitor marketplace orders, cancellations, returns, and other operational activities.

- Coordinate with internal teams and marketplace/courier partners for smooth operations.

- Prepare basic reports and maintain accurate records.





- Identify operational issues and coordinate for timely resolution.

Requirements

- 6 months – 1 year of experience in operations/e-commerce/marketplace operations.

- Good knowledge of

MS Excel/Google Sheets

.

- Good communication and follow-up skills.

- Solid attention to detail and ability to work with data.

- Willingness to learn and take ownership of operational tasks.

Preferred Skills

- Basic understanding of order management, inventory, returns, and shipments

.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
