E-commerce Catalog Executive – Garments & Fashion

About the Role

We are looking for an E-commerce Catalog Executive with hands-on experience in the garments/fashion industry to manage and maintain product catalogs across online marketplaces and our e-commerce platforms.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of fashion products, garment specifications, product photography, marketplace listings, SKU management and e-commerce content.

This is an on-site role and requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized and comfortable working with a large number of products and SKUs.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, upload and maintain product listings across e-commerce marketplaces and online platforms.
- Prepare accurate product titles, descriptions, bullet points, specifications and other catalog content.
- Manage garment-related information such as fabric, composition, fit, size charts, colors, GSM, wash care, dimensions and product features.
- Coordinate with the photography/design team for product images and ensure images meet marketplace requirements.
- Upload and manage product images, size charts, wash-care labels and other product assets.
- Create and maintain SKU-wise product catalogs and Excel sheets.
- Ensure correct mapping of styles, colors, sizes, SKUs and inventory.
- Identify and rectify catalog errors, missing information, incorrect images, pricing or product attributes.
- Coordinate with merchandising, production, warehouse and e-commerce teams to collect accurate product information.
- Manage bulk catalog uploads and updates using Excel/CSV templates wherever required.
- Monitor product listings for content quality,



completeness and compliance with marketplace guidelines.
- Assist in managing product launches, new collections and seasonal catalog updates.
- Maintain proper records of product data and ensure timely completion of cataloging activities.

Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce catalog management, preferably in garments, apparel or fashion.
- Good understanding of fashion and garment terminology.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Experience working with e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Meesho, Shopify or similar platforms will be an advantage.
- Good written English for preparing product descriptions and catalog content.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good organizational and data-management skills.
- Ability to work with large numbers of SKUs and repetitive cataloging tasks without compromising accuracy.
- Basic understanding of image formats, resizing and e-commerce image requirements.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with different departments.

Preferred Candidate The ideal candidate will have experience handling apparel/fashion catalogs, including men's, women's or kids' garments. Candidates who have previously worked with fashion brands, garment manufacturers, exporters, D2C brands or e-commerce marketplaces will be preferred.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who can independently take ownership of the complete cataloging process, from receiving product information to creating accurate, marketplace-ready listings.

Attention to detail is extremely key for this role.
