Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online marketplace operations. The candidate will be responsible for product listings, order management, inventory coordination, marketplace performance, and maintaining accurate product information across e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage product listings, catalogues, titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and product attributes.
- Handle day-to-day operations on e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, Myntra, and other International platforms.
- Monitor and process online orders, cancellations, returns, refunds, and replacements.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and dispatch.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate for stock updates and replenishment.
- Track product performance, sales, returns, cancellations, and other marketplace metrics.
- Identify listing errors and resolve catalogue or marketplace-related issues.
- Coordinate with marketplace support teams for operational and account-related concerns.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports related to sales, orders, inventory,



and returns.
- Monitor competitor pricing, product listings, and market trends.
- Ensure product information is accurate, complete, and updated across all online platforms.
- Assist in improving product visibility, sales, and overall marketplace performance.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of e-commerce marketplace operations.
- Experience with platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, Myntra, Noon, etc.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of product listing, catalogue management, inventory, and order processing.

Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.

Experience 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, or online sales.
