Job Summary

We are looking for an E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The candidate will be responsible for product listings, order management, marketplace operations, promotions, inventory coordination, and monitoring online sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory across e-commerce platforms.
- Handle orders, cancellations, returns, refunds, and customer queries.
- Manage marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, or other relevant platforms.
- Monitor sales, revenue, conversion rates, traffic, and product performance.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, marketing, and customer support teams.
- Plan and execute online promotions, discounts, and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate product catalogs and ensure content quality.
- Monitor competitors, pricing,



and market trends.
- Prepare regular sales and performance reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve online sales and customer experience.

Required Skills

- Experience with e-commerce marketplaces and/or Shopify.
- Valuable knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Understanding of online sales, digital marketing, and marketplace operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and marketplace advertising is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
