E-commerce Growth Manager

Job Title: E-Commerce Growth Manager - Sales & Business Growth Fashion Brand

Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹45,000 + with Incentives on Sales Growth

Experience: 2+ Years in Apparel / Fashion Brand is MUST

Job Type: Full-time - 10 AM to 7 PM - Monday to Saturday

WE NEED A SALES GROWER, NOT JUST A MANAGER.

We are a Delhi-based apparel manufacturer on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio. We are now looking for a person who can take us grow

If you can grow sales, you will get full power and high incentives.

Your Main Goal: SALES GROWTH

What You Will Do:

1. Marketplace Growth (70% Work):

- Grow sales on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio - Month-on-month
- Handle complete account - Listing, SEO, Keywords, A+ Content
- Plan and run big sales events - BBD, Prime Day, Myntra Sale
- Reduce returns, manage account health, handle claims

2. Ads & Performance (20% Work):

- Run and manage Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads with good ACOS/ROAS
- 3. Business Development (10% Work):

- Find current platforms and B2B bulk buyers, wholesalers, retail stores

Who We Need:

- 1+ years experience in growing a Fashion / Apparel / Footwear brand online
- Deep knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller, Myntra Partner Portal
- Strong in Excel, Data Analysis, Pricing Strategy
- A hustler who talks less and shows growth in number

. Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end management of Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart accounts
- Run & optimize Amazon Sponsored Ads, Flipkart PLA, Myntra Ads
- Listing optimization: Keywords, Title, Bullet Points, A+ Content
- Manage deals: Lightning Deals, Deal of Day, BBD, GOBD, EORS
- Track metrics: Sessions, Conversion, ACOS, TACOS, BSR
- Inventory planning, pricing strategy, competitor analysis
- Handle customer queries, returns, account health
