About the Role

We are looking for an eCommerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The role involves managing product listings, improving the customer experience, supporting digital marketing activities, and coordinating order fulfilment.

Responsibilities

- Manage and update product listings on eCommerce platforms, including our website, Amazon, and Flipkart.
- Develop and implement eCommerce strategies to increase traffic, sales, and conversions.
- Monitor website and sales performance and use data to improve customer experience and sales.
- Coordinate with the marketing team on digital marketing campaigns.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Stay updated with the latest eCommerce trends and technologies.
- Manage inventory and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 1 year of experience in eCommerce or a similar role preferred.




- Experience using eCommerce platforms.
- Good understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good organisational and project management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Candidates who can reliably commute to Calicut or relocate before joining are preferred.
