? About the Role

We are looking for an E-Commerce Account Manager with hands-on marketplace experience to manage seller accounts, optimize marketplace performance, and drive sales and business growth.

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage e-commerce accounts across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and other domestic marketplaces.

- Handle accounts end-to-end, from cataloging and listing to sales growth.
- Manage product cataloging, SEO optimization, variations and listing errors.
- Plan and optimize PPC campaigns, promotions and ROI.
- Prepare sales/GST reports and handle payment reconciliation.
- Coordinate with sellers and ensure timely execution of action plans.
- Drive renewals, cross-selling, upgrades and additional business from existing sellers.




- Manage both bulk and single product listings and optimize marketplace performance.

? Skills & Requirements

✅ Robust communication and seller coordination skills

✅ Good knowledge of cataloging, product listing & SEO

✅ Hands-on experience with PPC & campaign optimization

✅ Understanding of sales reports, GST reports & reconciliation

✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

✅ Experience in account handling and sales growth

✅ Must have command over at least 3 domestic marketplaces

✅ Candidates with experience handling 5+ marketplaces end-to-end may be considered for higher salary expectations.
