Role Overview

Sylvexia Jewellery is looking for an E-commerce & Marketplace Operations Executive to manage product listings, inventory, orders, and logistics coordination across Shopify and leading marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage product listings on Shopify, Amazon, Myntra, and Flipkart.

· Update product details including images, descriptions, pricing, tags, and SKUs.

· Maintain and track inventory and stock levels across platforms.

· Process orders, invoices, and shipping labels.

· Assist with product packaging, labeling, and dispatch coordination.

· Monitor marketplace dashboards and update pricing, offers, and stock availability.

· Handle returns, exchanges, and order updates.

· Respond to basic order-related customer queries.

· Maintain records of orders, inventory, and sales reports.

Must-Have Skills





· Prior experience in e-commerce operations (freshers will not be considered).

· Working knowledge of Shopify and product catalog management.

· Experience using Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra or other seller panels.

· Understanding of inventory management and SKU systems.

· Basic experience running or managing ads within e-commerce platforms (Amazon Ads / Flipkart Ads / Marketplace promotions).

· Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Location: Connaught Place, Recent Delhi (Work from Office)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month

Experience: 6 months – 2 years
