About the Role

We are looking for an E-Commerce Executive to manage and support our day-to-day operations on Amazon and other e-commerce platforms. The role will involve product listing management, Amazon safety and compliance claims, order processing, inventory coordination, and overall e-commerce operations.

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, comfortable working with online marketplaces, and willing to take ownership of operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain Amazon product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, specifications, keywords, pricing, and other product information.
- Create new product listings and ensure existing listings are accurate and up to date.
- Handle Amazon safety claims, compliance requirements, and related documentation.
- Coordinate and process customer orders received through Amazon and other online channels.
- Monitor order status, cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds.
- Coordinate with the operations, warehouse, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock updates to avoid stock-outs.
- Track product performance, listing issues, and account-related notifications on Amazon.




- Identify and resolve basic marketplace issues related to listings, orders, returns, and account operations.
- Maintain records and reports related to orders, inventory, listings, claims, and other e-commerce activities.
- Support day-to-day operational activities related to the e-commerce business.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of online orders.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce, Amazon operations, marketplace management, or a similar role.
- Basic understanding of Amazon Seller Central will be preferred.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Robust attention to detail, especially while handling product information and documentation.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple operational tasks and meet deadlines.
- Freshers with a strong interest in e-commerce and good computer skills can also apply.
