Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated E-Commerce Executive to support and manage our day-to-day online sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for product listings, order processing, marketplace management, website updates, promotions, inventory coordination, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of the company’s e-commerce website and online marketplaces.
- Create and update product listings, including product names, descriptions, images, prices, and stock availability.
- Process and monitor online orders from order placement to delivery.
- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams for timely order fulfillment.
- Handle cancellations, returns, refunds, and customer queries related to online orders.
- Maintain product catalogs and ensure all online information is accurate and updated.
- Manage products and orders on platforms such as Amazon, Noon, Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms.
- Assist in planning and executing online promotions, discounts, and seasonal campaigns.
- Monitor online sales, product performance, and stock levels.
- Prepare basic daily/weekly/monthly e-commerce sales reports.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing and content teams for online campaigns and product promotions.
- Monitor competitor pricing, products, promotions,



and market trends.
- Identify issues affecting online sales and coordinate with the relevant teams to resolve them.
- Maintain a positive online customer experience and support improvements in conversion and sales.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in E-Commerce, Online Retail, or a related field.
- Experience with e-commerce websites or online marketplaces.
- Knowledge of Amazon, Noon, Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of online sales, product management, and order processing.
- Experience in perfume, beauty, fashion, FMCG, or retail will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
