- Examine and assess patients attending the clinic.

- Take detailed history and perform clinical examination.

- Diagnose common acute and chronic medical conditions.

- Prescribe appropriate treatment and investigations.

- Provide emergency/first-aid management when required.

- Review investigation reports and follow up patients.

- Identify patients requiring specialist consultation or hospital admission and arrange referral.

- Maintain accurate patient records and medical documentation.

- Provide appropriate counselling to patients and attenders.

- Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, laboratory and pharmacy.

- Ensure proper follow-up and continuity of care.

- Maintain professional, ethical and medico-legal standards during duty.
