Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Draftsman role based in Hyderabad. The Draftsman will prepare detailed architectural and interior drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and construction details, in line with design concepts and project requirements. Daily tasks include interpreting design briefs, updating drawings based on feedback from architects and designers, and ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with relevant standards.

The role involves coordinating with project teams to support space planning, material specifications, and furniture layouts,



as well as maintaining organized drawing files and documentation. The Draftsman will also assist in creating presentation drawings and support project execution by providing clear, precise drawings for contractors and vendors.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid technical drafting skills, including proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD) and familiarity with architectural standards and detailing.
- Candidates should possess skills in reading and interpreting architectural and interior design drawings, with the ability to translate concepts into accurate technical plans.
- Candidates should possess skills in space planning and layout development for residential and commercial projects, including furniture and fixture arrangements.
- Candidates should possess skills in documentation and drawing organization, ensuring clear version control and well-structured project files.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field are beneficial.
- Additional beneficial skills include familiarity with 3D visualization tools (e.g., SketchUp, Revit), basic knowledge of building materials and construction processes, and an eye for detail.
- Strong communication, time management, and collaboration skills, along with the ability to work accurately under deadlines, are essential.
