POSITION TITLE: Dy. Manager/Manager/Sr. manager– MFD CADRE / BAND: M2/11/10/09 DIVISION / DEPARTMENT/ FUNCTION: MFD / MFG/QA LOCATION: Position Based REPORTING TO: Position based POSITION REPORTING TO THIS ONE: Position based JOB NUMBER: DATE: 2023 PRIMARY OBJECTIVES OF POSITION: To ensure the efficient management of quality assurance processes, adherence to regulatory requirements, minimization of quality-related costs, reduction of customer complaints, and the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall operational performance and customer satisfaction. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Financial: Quality Cost Management: Monitor and control quality-related costs (Rs/Kg) and ensure adherence to the QA budget. Customer: Customer Complaint Reduction: Implement strategies to reduce customer complaints related to food safety by 15%. Process: Audit Compliance: Ensure compliance with FSSC22000 and FSSAI Schedule IV standards through regular audits and corrective actions. Quality Compliance: Maintain adherence to FSSAI requirements. Online Quality Checks: Conduct regular online quality checks for leakages, underweight/overweight issues, and maintain high PQRS scores. Material Testing: Oversee testing of raw materials, packing materials, in-process materials, and finished products. GMP and Calibration: Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) are followed,



and manage the internal and external calibration of weighing scales and magnets. CAPA and RCA: Implement and monitor Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for effectiveness. Pest Control: Oversee pest control activities to maintain a protected and compliant production environment. People: Training and Development: Ensure adequate training hours are provided to staff monthly, focusing on quality assurance and process improvements. Innovation: New Initiatives: Lead and document new initiatives for quality assurance and processing improvements.
