Job Summary

SPADTEK Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Domestic IT Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to understand technical requirements and identify suitable candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for domestic IT requirements.
- Understand job descriptions and identify the required technical skills, experience, and candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Search and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, notice period, and salary expectations.
- Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Validate candidate details including experience, CTC, expected CTC, notice period, location, and employment details.




- Coordinate candidate interviews with internal teams and clients.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure timely submission of quality profiles to clients.
- Achieve daily and monthly sourcing, screening, submission, and closure targets.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to meet client hiring requirements.

Required Skills
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Technical Recruitment.
- Good knowledge of Domestic IT Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Good understanding of IT technologies and technical job requirements.
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented and quick-paced environment.
- Positive follow-up and candidate management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation and coordination skills will be an added advantage.
